In this interactive session, Ron and Debra Redman (Redman Training & Development), will encourage you to question how you answer your phone, greet a visitor to your showroom or even respond to an online enquiry. They’ll get you thinking about the impression you’re potentially making with new clients, suppliers or social acquaintances, and discuss strategies for ensuring your first impression leads to a lasting and positive experience.
