By using this Design Consultancy Agreement (Contract), you acknowledge that it is licensed to the Kitchen and Bathroom Designers Institute of Australia Limited, and sublicensed to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single use basis, provided that you do not alter it or share it with third parties and only use it in accordance with your membership terms and conditions. By using this Contract, you acknowledge and agree that you should seek independent professional advice as to the suitability of this Contract for your purposes. If you use this Contract in the context of any independent contractor relationship, you should ensure that this Contract is not inconsistent with your terms of engagement e.g. trade contractor agreement. 

Please also note, that the contract is reviewed annually for compliance with Australian Consumer Law. Accordingly, you will see a reference regarding this time validity at the top of page 1. Please ensure that you contact us in 2023 to obtain a current year issue of the document.
