Together with our Training Partner, Redman Training & Development, we’ve designed a series of professional development sessions tailor-made for our Members. 

Our first Business Bootcamp is designed for anyone engaging with consumers (yes, that’s you!) who would like to develop a better understanding of productive customer contact and successful sales skills.

You’ll cover:


  • successfully engaging with your clients in a short space of time by building a relationship based on trust
  • staying positive in a negative environment
  • identifying and addressing limiting beliefs
  • understanding different personality types and (most importantly)
  • learning how to deal with the above
The workshop will be delivered in a 4-hour session (with morning tea provided), in three locations – Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
