Matt is the Lead Creative at Matthew James Interiors.

He has more than ten years’ experience in the design industry, specialising in kitchen & bathroom design, full home design for renovation or new builds and project management.

Originally an Architectural Building Designer, Matt quickly found his passion for interiors making this his primary discipline.

Matt’s unique design style encapsulates components of minimalist, contemporary and Australiana design motifs to cultivate a unique ambience and aesthetic for his clients.

Matt’s work has been recognised with countless KBDi & HIA Award finalists, winning the 2021 KBDi Small Kitchen of the Year and having his work featured in publications such as The Design Files and Adore Magazine, to name a few.

Accolades aside, Matt is a genuine person that can help to answer your silliest of questions, giving you the peace of mind you deserve for your space.
