The National Construction Code (NCC) Volumes One and Two, and associated Housing Provisions, set out specific requirements for wet areas with respect to floor wastes and falls. Compliance with the Provisions is required whether the floor waste is mandated or voluntary, and it’s important for designers to have a good understanding of the regulations.
